Well done to all the members of FOMS (Friends of Mill Rythe Infant School) for a really successful Christmas Shopping Evening last Wednesday.  Not only was it a very successful evening in terms of the sum of money raised but it was a wonderful community event . . .

Thank you to those of you who attended the curriculum meeting last night with a focus on 'Reading'. If you could not attend, copies of the information given out will be available from your child's class teacher at Parent Teacher Interviews or from the front reception.

As this half term comes to a close can I remind you that Friday, 24 October has been allocated as one of the five non-pupil days that the government has designated for staff training? School finishes on Thursday with the FOMS Hallowe'en Disco and we all return on Monday, 3 November.

This coming Thursday, 16 October, the five Hayling schools are joining together for a Food Festival to which you are warmly invited.
