Learning/Able Child

Able Child

Occasionally children are identified as gifted with an outstanding ability of some kind.  More often we have "more able" children in school.  We believe all these children need support in their learning.

Teachers plan programmes of work for more able pupils to challenge learning and to help them fulfil their potential.

Mill Rythe Infant School has a dedicated staff member who manages the Able Child Register.
