Staff Vacancies
Thank you for your interest in our permanent, Senior Administrative Officer vacancy. You are warmly invited to visit our school and meet the children and staff. In the meantime, I have included a brief description of our school for your information and you will find further information on our school website; www.millrythe.org Mill Rythe Infant School, purpose-built in 1974, stands in a delightful rural setting with mature trees and grassland which provide a natural outdoor classroom. We are also within 5 minutes walk to the beach. We share our extensive site with our sister Junior School and Nursery Rhymes, an independent day nursery. We are also a foundation status. Classes in our school are organised into different wings for each year group, each with a quiet area, a main classroom, a shared practical area and easy access to a variety of ICT resources. Year R is open plan with a whole class base learning area. Our ICT runs the latest Windows 7 applications and Microsoft Office package across the school. Our children have the opportunity to take swimming lessons as part of their PE curriculum. We have a library, a kitchen providing excellent hot meals, and a dedicated room for our Nurture Group. We have an exciting and innovative curriculum that we are very proud of. Staff and Governors are committed to achieving the highest possible standards of social, academic and moral education for our pupils. We have very good relationships with our parents, who are very supportive. Friendship Excellence Respect Courage Equality Inspiration Determination We have a dedicated, committed and enthusiastic team across the school that support one another to ensure the needs of all the pupils are met.
